1984 Ducati Mike Hailwood Replica w/ 6600 miles.
I took a bunch of better pics yesterday. Bike is not perfect, but it's great considering its 25 years old. I was told that there were the last of the replicas, and maybe the last of the bevels. I think the First MHRs were 900's, from 80 or 81, then they made the Mille, which was a 1000. Lastly they made these 900s, kind of a replica of the first replicas. The guy who sold it to me explained that there was some reason that this was the best motor but I can't remember why. Roller bearing maybe? I need to do some more research. Anyway, mileage is correct. Title is clear. I've photo'd anything that is less than perfect, mainly the rust oround the hangers on the original Conti's, a little flake on the fron wheel, and some scratches on the belly fairing (which I've never had on.) I did fire it up this spring and rode it to the Ducati Omaha open house - collecting the "Best non-superbike" trophy.
